Our CPAP Subscription Service provides you with convenient, automatic delivery of your CPAP supplies at discounted prices to ensure you remain compliant with your CPAP therapy. By subscribing to our resupply service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Subscription Benefits

  • 10% Discount: All subscription orders receive a flat 10% discount off regular retail prices unless otherwise stated
  • Convenient Delivery: Automatic shipments based on your selected frequency (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 5 years, custom)

Subscription Terms

Initial Commitment

  • Minimum Term: Your subscription includes an initial commitment period of one complete renewal cycle
  • First Order: Your initial order begins your subscription immediately upon purchase

Billing and Payment

  • You will be charged for your initial order upon subscription signup
  • Subsequent orders will be automatically charged to your payment method on the scheduled renewal date
  • All prices include the 10% subscription discount
  • Applicable taxes will be added as required by Canadian law - currently all products on our store are related to medical equipment or supplies. Unless otherwise stated, you shall not be charged taxed (unless posted).
  • Payment must be made by credit card, or other approved payment methods

Shipping and Delivery

Cancellation Policy

When You Can Cancel

  • Before First Renewal: Cancellation before your first renewal may result in:
    • Loss of the 10% subscription discount on your initial order
    • A billing adjustment to reflect regular pricing
    • Standard return policy applies to unopened items

  4. Required Information: Include your name, order number, and reason for cancellation

Cancellation Timing

  • Cancellation requests must be received at least 3 business days before your next scheduled shipment
  • Cancellations received after the cutoff will apply to the following shipment cycle
