By visiting or shopping at this web site, you accept the following terms and conditions.

Return Policy 

PAPSmart will accept returns on any unopened product within 10 days of the original purchase date (A 10% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit will be issued for the difference. Shipping costs are not refundable. Call our office to coordinate the shipping arrangements before returning the item. Any product that has been opened cannot be returned.

Note: A CPAP, BiPAP or APAP machine is considered opened if any hours are placed on the machine.

If a product is received with a manufacturer’s defect, call our office within 24 hours of receipt to determine the next steps.

Most PAP machines come with a manufacturer 2 year warranty for manufacturer defects. Any misuse of the equipment may void the warranty.

Manufacturer Warranties

CPAP, BiPAP and APAP machines carry a manufacturer warranty. If your machine malfunctions, call our office at 1-800-986-6451 to verify the machine is still under warranty. If so, please call us to arrange the return. Warranty claim decisions are provided at the discretion of the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping the machine to our office. Repair or replacement of the broken machine can take up to 4 weeks depending on the manufacturer.

Email Addresses

Email addresses are not shared, bought, or sold via our site or our data management system. Your email address is primarily used to communicate the status of your order. We may use your email address to send promotional information and keep you informed of changes to our website. You can easily unsubscribe to our emails easily by contacting us with this request.

Canceled Orders

All orders that are canceled by the customer are subject to a 10% administrative fee that will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

Prescription Policy PAPSmart requires a valid prescription for every PAP machine purchased.

Where do I send my prescription?

Please fax your prescription to 1-888-395-1185. A scanned copy can also be emailed to info@papsmart.com. Please contact us directly if you are having difficulty obtaining a prescription.

Termination

Not withstanding any of these Terms of Use, PAPSmart reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use our websites, and to block or prevent future access to and use of our websites.

PapSmart.com delivers within Canada only; Standard shipping rates apply unless specified.
